Maybridge plc is a leading producer of organic compounds used in High Throughput Screening and Lead Generation, and Combinatorial Chemistry and Lead Optimisation.
The Maybridge Screening collection consists of around 60,000 organic diverse drug-like compounds, produced by innovative synthetic techniques, often unique to Maybridge. Maybridge also offers a unique range of Reactive Intermediates, building blocks specifically designed for lead optimisation and diverse library generation.
The compounds in the Maybridge collection generally obey Lipinski's "rule of five" and so demonstrate good ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion) profiles, which makes them ideal candidates for development beyond the initial HTS assay.

High-quality
All compounds undergo rigorous analysis before becoming available to customers.
The structures are typically confirmed by LC-MS and / or H'NMR.
Other techniques employed are HPLC, titrations, IR- and UV-spectroscopy, and elemental analysis.
The aim is to produce compounds that have a minimum purity of 95%.
Reactive molecules are excluded in order to reduce the number of false-positives.
Synthesised in gram quantities
Maybridge aim to produce thousands of compounds a year, all in gram quantities, to ensure as high a level as possible of resupply, of originally tested compounds.
Solids, for ease of plating
Compounds can be supplied on plates or in vials, in mg or micromolar quantities.
