Pharmeks is a rapidly growing company specialized in the synthesis and supply of high-quality novel organic compounds for high throughput screening. Pharmeks also specializes in custom synthesis. They are in close cooperation with synthetic chemists in academia and industry across Russia, Ukraine, Transcaucasia, Baltic states, and are able to supply multi-gram quantities of compounds to a high specification.
Founded in 2000, the company is headquartered in Moscow and currently employs a staff of 40 specialists and about 180 chemists, Ph.D., Professors working on contract all over NIS.
PRODUCTS
Pharmeks has available on a non-exclusive basis a diverse, predominantly heterocyclic, organic library. Currently the library contains 185,327 natural and synthetic compounds. The information in the database includes logP, H-bond donors, H-bond acceptors, rotatable bonds. All compounds are subject to strict quality control, including on Bruker NMR spectrometer and/or Finnigan mass spectrometer. The majority of compounds will have a purity of >95% and should all have a purity >92%. Compounds are supplied as dry powder in any fixed mg or umole amounts in the range of 1 to 100 mg. The compounds can be supplied in vials, 96-well microtitre plates, or your own format according to your requirements. Details of the order will be supplied in whichever electronic format the customer requires (SDF files, copies of NMR spectra, etc.)
The client can cherry-pick the required samples. There is no restriction on the number of compounds in the order.
The library is updated quarterly.

Ordering, Delivery, Timelines
When an order is placed Pharmeks shall supply from stock or arrange synthesis of the material. Compounds for small selections (< 100 items) are shipped within two business days upon Purchase Order confirmation. The delivery timeline is 4-30 days depending on the size of the order.
The Customer shall be informed about Courier service tracking number, total number of shipped samples and other relevant information on each particular shipment. Apart from this, SD file is provided for any shipment of the compounds. Standard data file contains catalog ID number, 2D structure of the compound, molecular weight, exact quantity, position of the compound in the box (for vial) or in the plate (for mictotiter plates).

The data is available via ChemAxon's JChem software as part of the Screening Compounds database.
