A number of Suppliers provide small quantities of compounds for use in High Throughput Screening.
The libraries of some of these Suppliers are available for searching using ChemAxon's JChem software over the web.

Currently, there are over 2.3 Million entries in the combined databases.
Access is via a web browser interface after logging on. A link to this can be found when you click on the Access Data at the left of the top pulldown menu on all CDS webpages.
All databases are searchable by:-
Structure (Exact, Substructure, Superstructure and Similarity)
Catalogue Values (Name, Supplier, Catalogue Number and some by Melting Point and Boiling Point)
Calculated Data (Formula, Molecular Weight,LogP, Number of Donors, Acceptors, Rotatable Bonds, Ring Count, PSA and Refractive Index).
Results Form
Results are shown 20 compounds per page. No prices are shown. Although some indication may be given in the Suppliers web page, you must contact the Supplier for accurate pricing.
