Lost your Password or Unsubscribing from the CDS

If you are no longer eligible to use the Service or see no future need
to access CDS facilities, contact us by email.
Our contact details are given at the foot of all CDS web pages.
When you contact us please provide details of your name, department
and CDS/DL username.
If we remove your username from the system you will also be removed
from our broadcast email list.
Please note that it is a condition of use of the Service to provide a
valid email address to receive our broadcast message.
Note that your current CDS username is listed at the foot of all
broadcast messages.
Forgotten CDS Passwords
We have introduced an online facility to allow users to be
automatically re-assigned a password.
This mechanism is available to those who are already registered with a
username and are flagged as having a valid "ac.uk" email address.
Follow the "Forgot Password" on our homepage.
If you encounter difficulties using the online system you should
contact the CDS Helpdesk.
Again you should provide us with your user details.
We will normally issue a new password and send it to your currently
registered email address.
